General information

The standard cycles of the MANUALplus have been designed for simple turning or milling contours. In the event of complex contours or dimensions being missing, you define the contour graphically and interactively with ICP. In this case, MANUALplus calculates the missing coordinates or indicates the mathematically possible variants for selection if there are several solution options.

The MANUALplus 620 has been designed for cycle-controlled lathes with one main spindle, one slide (X- and Z-axis), one C-axis or positionable spindle and one driven tool. New stock removal and punching cycles as well as new milling cycles make it possible to machine complex workpieces. This makes MANUALplus 620 predestined for use on more automated lathes. The MANUALplus 620 is the perfect versatile control for lathes thanks to its versatile machining options and extremely simple operation.
